Warranty Policy for PrestigeAutoCustoms.com

1. SCOPE OF WARRANTY

  • Prestige Auto Customs offers a limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 6 months from the date of delivery.
  • This warranty is applicable exclusively to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

2. WARRANTY COVERAGE

  • This warranty covers:
    • Manufacturing defects in the carbon fiber construction.
    • Defects in stitching, leather, and Alcantara applied to the custom steering wheel.
  • The warranty does not cover:
    • Normal wear and tear, including fading, discoloration, or surface scuffs due to regular use.
    • Damages caused by improper installation, negligence, misuse, or accidents.
    • Modifications or alterations made to the product after delivery.
    • Cosmetic imperfections that were accepted as part of the product’s custom nature.

3. WARRANTY CLAIM PROCESS

  • To make a warranty claim, the customer must notify Prestige Auto Customs in writing via email at support@prestigeautocustoms.com within the warranty period.
  • The warranty claim must include:
    • Proof of purchase (e.g., order number and receipt).
    • Detailed description of the defect.
    • Clear photographs or videos showing the defect.

4. INSPECTION AND RESOLUTION

  • Once a warranty claim is submitted, Prestige Auto Customs will review the provided evidence. If necessary, the customer may be required to ship the product back for physical inspection.
  • If a warranty claim is approved, Prestige Auto Customs will, at its discretion:
    • Repair the defective product at no additional cost to the customer.
    • Replace the product with an identical or comparable product.
  • Shipping costs associated with sending the product to Prestige Auto Customs for inspection are the responsibility of the customer. If the claim is approved, return shipping costs will be covered by Prestige Auto Customs.

5. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

  • This warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the product as outlined. Prestige Auto Customs shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to, the loss of use of the vehicle, vehicle downtime, or costs associated with the installation or removal of the product.
  • The warranty does not cover damages or defects due to factors outside of Prestige Auto Customs’ control, including improper installation or external damage caused by third parties.

6. EXCLUSIONS

  • This warranty is void if the product is altered or tampered with by unauthorized persons or if the product is installed incorrectly.

7. GOVERNING LAW

  • This warranty policy is governed by the laws of Australia, and any disputes arising from this warranty shall be resolved under applicable local jurisdiction.

8. WARRANTY LIMITATIONS

  • No other warranties, expressed or implied, apply to this product, including but not limited to, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
